Holi, the festival of colors of India is celebrated in the month of Phalgun (A month of Indian Calendar) on the day of full moon. According to the English Calendar,  this festival falls in the month of February or March. In this year 2017, this festival will be celebrated on March 13th. The Holi is the celebration of the victory of good over evil.

This festival celebrated for two days. On the first day  Holica Bonfire is celebrated. During this, people gather and do religious rituals in front of the bonfire and pray that their internal evil should be destroyed as the bonfire starts.On the 2nd day people celebrate color Holi .On this day people play, Chase and color each other with dry powder and colored water with some carrying water guns and colored water balloons.Today people come in the open streets or in the open area and make groups and go to friends, neighbors,  and relatives with drums and musical instruments.
People beat the Drums and dance and enjoy the festival.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, our tour representative will escort you to the hotel, check in and relax. The evening is free for leisure.Overnight in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi Sight Seeing

Today after breakfast depart from your hotel to explore the historical and the beautiful city Delhi.The sightseeing tour includes Laxmi Narayan Temple, Parliament House, India Gate, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Gandhi   Memorial and Qutub Minar Complex. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi – Mathura & Vrindavan

Today after breakfast at hotel check out from the hotel to explore the spiritual and historical cities Mathura and Vrindavan. Arrive and check in into the pre-booked hotel and relax. Afternoon sightseeing tour visiting Shri Krishna Janm Bhumi(The birth place of lord Krishna), Vishram Ghat, Dwarkadeesh Temple, Gita mandir, Nidhivan, Seva Kunj and Banke  Bihari Temple etc.Overnight in Mathura.

Day 04: Mathura – Agra

Today after breakfast at hotel checkout to explore the another historical city  Agra which is the home of the 7th wonder of the world  Taj Mahal. The sightseeing tour of Agra includes Agra Fort, Itmad-Ud-Daulah and Taj Mahal.Overnight in Agra.

05: Agra – Jaipur

Today, in the morning, After breakfast check out for the Pink City Jaipur.  On your way, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri another stupendous monument belonging to MughalEra located 40 km away from Agra. Reach and check into the hotel.In the evening you will visit the streets to see religious rituals in front of the bonfire and pray that their internal evil should be destroyed as the bonfire starts. Overnight  in Jaipur.


Day 06: Jaipur Holi Celebration

After breakfast at hotel transfer to the RTDC hotel  where  the department of tourism organizes an exclusive Holi event in the lawns of Khasa Kothi Hotel for international guests  between 10.00 Am to 1.00 pm  where they can take part in and enjoy the culture and spirit of India, besides relishing the traditional Rajasthani folk songs as well as music. Also take a local city tour.Overnight in Jaipur.


Day 07: Jaipur Local

Today morning after breakfast at hotel depart to explore the Pink City. Your sightseeing tour includes City palace,  Hawa Mahal, Jantar-Mantar,  and Albert Hall.Coming back to the hotel you can take walk to the local vibrant market to pick some finest piece of JaipuriRazai and Kundan-Meena Jewelry. Get relaxed overnight.

Day 08: Departure

After breakfast in hotel depart for your further journey with sweet memories of Jaipur Holi Festival 2017.
